TRANSPARENCY & ACCOUNTABILITY

A white dove flying above an open book with glowing light.

Our Commitment to Stewardship

Atlas Relief Group exists to serve others in times of need. Every dollar entrusted to us is treated with care, discipline, and purpose.

We are committed to responsible stewardship by ensuring that resources are used efficiently, ethically, and in direct support of our mission. Our goal is simple: maximize real-world impact while minimizing unnecessary overhead.

We do not view donations as revenue. We view them as responsibility.

Governance & Oversight

Atlas Relief Group operates under structured leadership and internal accountability standards designed to ensure integrity in all operations.

Our organization is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for:

  • Strategic oversight and mission alignment
  • Financial accountability and organizational direction
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Founder/President- Nicholas Pellegrino

Vice President- Cesar Gomez

Vice Chairman- Josh Erikkson

Treasurer- Neenah Rios

Secretary- Taylor Petro

Leadership and operational decisions are made with clear separation between governance and field operations to maintain transparency and proper oversight.

We maintain internal controls and decision-making processes intended to prevent misuse of funds and ensure all activities align with our stated mission.

How Donations Are Used

We believe donors deserve clarity on how their contributions are applied. At a high level, donations are used to support:

Mission Operations

  • Disaster response support and deployment readiness
  • Search support logistics and coordination
  • Community outreach and preparedness efforts

Equipment & Supplies

  • Emergency response supplies
  • Communications equipment
  • Field gear and operational tools

Transportation & Logistics

  • Fuel, vehicle use, and transport of supplies
  • Deployment-related travel and coordination

Volunteer Support

  • Training, coordination, and operational readiness
  • Basic support necessary for safe and effective field operations

We prioritize mission-critical spending. Administrative costs are kept as lean as possible to ensure the majority of funds directly support operations.
