Legal Status

Atlas Relief Group is organized as a nonprofit entity in the State of Arizona and is pursuing recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Until final determination is issued by the Internal Revenue Service, contributions may not be tax-deductible. Upon approval, all qualifying donations will be recognized in accordance with applicable tax laws.
